Maybe Perhaps If You Will

I sometimes make cartoons out of character interactions within my tiny drawings, using photoshop to do the slicing, then blowing the figures up in size, and adding dialogue captions.

Traditional cartooning normally has the artist drawing large and then production shrinks the final image. This process creates an elegant smooth line sans blemishes. My technique, starting small and enlarging big, emphasizes the rough line full of blemishes. This creates a raw energy that appeals to my sense of humorous honesty about life. Add a bit of musical sensibility to the captions and you're walking freely in my world.

You can find the cartoons on the following blogsite.

Below is a drawing from which I have harvested quite a few cartoons. Click on the image to enlarge and wander around among the characters. Perhaps you'd like to make up a few conversations
of your own.
