It is always a pleasure to support local libraries.
I was invited to participate in a group art exhibit at the Burlingame Main Library for the month of July. The show features the works of the Peninsula Museum of Arts' studio artists. I raised my daughter with the books from this library, and am pleased to participate.
The curator has requested that artists bring extra works to show, and perhaps sell, on the reception evening, First Friday Event, July 7, 5-8 pm. She likes my little black and white graphics work, so I made three for the occasion. Perhaps I will make more during the next week. If I sell these or the painting on the wall, half of the proceeds will be donated to the Burlingame Library.
